Blank page in browser after logging into LMS 2.5

Hi,

I'm running LMS 2.5 on Windows 2003. I believe I've got the latest IDU installed.

Upon entering my credentials and clicking "login", I'm presented with only a blank web page. The URL of this blank page is "https://LMSSERVERNAME/CSCOnm/servlet/com.cisco.nm.cmf.servlet.CsAuthServlet"

This behavior results even if I enter invalid credentials.

Any ideas?

I fixed this with the help of the TAC. The "cwpass" file was somehow corrupted. Repairing this file allowed me to login.

I'm suprised by two things. One, that a corrupt password file would not result in a "login denied" message. The behavior was that I was given a blank screen, not a denial.

The second suprise is that the file became corrupt. At time I noticed this problem, I hadn't touched the box in a few days.
