Block Internet browsing for specific user vlan but allow voice calling and Messengers .

Hello Colleagues,

Greeting to all,

Please Assist for below query.

I have Cisco 4910 Core Switch and Cisco WLC 5508 where we have several user VLAN's and they have well Internet Access over LAN and Wi-Fi.

Now our requirements is to add some specific group of Mobile users to allow from his / her mobile for voice calling and Messenger like WhatsAPP calls IMO Calls Skype & Facebook Messenger with E-mail only but they should not access / browse Internet from his / her Mobile to manage our Internet bandwidth and this would be used for business use only.

If any Access-List required to put on Core we can apply. Pls. Assist

A NGFW can do this sort of filtering based on application filtering, so you cant just block like 443 because your IM can use this, but you want to block browing traffic on 443, so again application filtering where you can allow apps like Duo, SKYPe etc. but block all else

So we need a firewall in system, ca we do this with access-list on core switch for specific VLAN..........??
