c3750g 12-S -S V14 Can I use ipservicesk9 ios on this hardware?

I seem to have difficult time booting the ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE.bin  ios after successful added to flash:   I am able to boot to the ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin  AFTER I put it back into flash via xmodem.  Do you have any ideas??  Have not seen anything in forums yet with this issue.

Is your IP services image really just 12.2(55)SE (i.e., no maintenance release like SE10)?

If so, that might be an issue.

If not, have you checked the MD5 checksum of the image after you downloaded it from cisco.com? The correct checksum is listed on the downloads page.
