 hi all

I newly brought my C9105AXI-D device connected poE cable, there is green and red light blinking on it but not showing in discoverable devises, can anyone tell me how to configure.

Hello @ashokch1435,

this blinking indicates that the AP is searching for its WLC but if it continues for more than 5 minutes, then the AP was unable to find or join a controller.

So you need to verify the following:

• Are AP and WLC on the same Vlan/Subnet? If not, is routing configured properly?
• Is DHCP properly configured on the AP subnet and, if needed, is Option 43 set for controller discovery?
• Is the controller up, reachable, and configured to accept new APs? What WLC are you using?

If you provide us with more details about your setup (WLC, topology, DHCP settings, etc.), then we could provice further help as needed.

And just in case you don't have a controller because you bought this device as a standalone AP, you can convert it to EWC-mode (embedded wireless controller):

The EWC has already been announced as EOL, but it could be a viable solution for the upcoming time.
