I downloaded https://cfnng.cisco.com/mibs mibs to register with NMS and checked cpu, memoryoid, but the value doesn't come up

Can anyone tell me the value of snmp v2 cpu, memory oid of 9300-24p, please help.

Which memory?  The Control- or Data Plane memory?
