I'm hoping someone out there will have the pinouts to connect the console port on a Catalyst 3750 to a Blackbox Rack Terminal Server 16 port.
The Blackbox is using RS232 V.24 on UTP8 with RJ45 connectors:
1 - DCD
2 - RTS
3 - DSR
4 - TxD
5 - RxD
6 - GnD
7 - CTS
8 - DTR
If I had a breakout box and logic analyzer I'd just find it out myself, but my workplace isn't that well equipped. Since Cisco's console cable is non-standard and the Blackbox's V.24 is hardly used, I'm having a really hard time finding documentation on fabricating a cable. Since the BB has DCD and DSR inputs, I'm worried about having to spoof signals. Can anyone help?

Try doing the following on the Black box.
1. Click on the Cables & Connectors option from the Products column
2. Choose the Cisco option.
3. Choose the Smart Serial Cables for Cisco Routers option
4. the choose the DB-15 female cable.
Hope this helps

I wish this did help, but it doesn't. Since I was trying to connect a PIX 525 firewall which uses a RJ45 connector for console to a Blackbox termserv which also uses a RJ45 connector for it's connections.
However, I was also in contact with BB's tech support, which turned out to be suprisingly fast and helpful. For anyone interested, the following pinouts are what is required:
The Pinout is
"TERMSERVER" "CISCO"
1
2
3----BLACK------2
4----RED--------6
5----GREEN------3
* 6----YELLOW-----4 * 2 CONDUCTORS IN # 6
* 6----BROWN------5
7
8----GRAY-------7
I custom-made a cable, and all is well.
