Campus Manager 5.2.1 : Data Collection

Hi,

I want  to include 2 call manager devices which I can Ping and snmpwalk to get the IP Phones(OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1).

With the first one which is managed locally it's OK,  it is discovered and seen by module CDP. I can see it in Campus Manager and the phones with User Tracking

     The second one is not directly on my networks, so I can't discover it with Device Discovery CDP, but I can ping it and read the IP Phones table with SNMP Read Only community. When I put the IP address in the seed device list, Device Discovery says it is reachable  (SysObjectID .1.3.6.1.4.1.99.1.1.3.28 and found by module "System"). But I don't see it in the result of Campus Data Collection and of course I don't see these IP Phones.

     Could it be possible to manage this device in Campus Manager?

CDP is essential for Data Collection to be successful, and those devices which are not Data Collected will not be contacted for User Tracking.

Without User tracking there will not be any End-host or IP Phone.
