Campus Manager User Tracking 5.2.x

I'm having problems getting CM UT to discover end users.  Per TAC, I had to add command snmp-server group <MyGroup> v3 auth context vlan- match prefix to my AS's.

As a test, I added the command to an AS, went to acquisitions, added the AS's IP address, and selected start acquisition.   Eventually UT did discover 216 end host but no IP phones.

On Friday, I added the command to a bunch of AS's, ran start acquisitions, and UT didn't discover anything new.  It still had 216 listed.

There are already devices listed in the DCR and in CM's topology map.

How do I get the other AS's scanned by UT for end hosts?

In addition, Call Manager is listed in the DCR.

What do I need to do to get the phones discovered?

It really sounds like you may be hitting a known bug in CM 5.2 (that could explain both the lack of new end hosts and IP phones).  If you haven't already done so, contact TAC and get the patches for and CSCtd49439 CSCtg20882.  Use the "Open Service Request" link in the actions panel of this thread to open the SR and capture this message.

After applying the patches, run a new Campus Data Collection, then try UT acquisition again.
