can not delete $ sign

Hello All 

İ have a command in router , there is a dollar sign $ before my ip address and i can not delete it. 

ip dhcp database scp://username:password@x.x.x.x/$172.24.1.110.txt write-delay 900 timeout 450

it gives that error ; 

% scp://username:password@x.x.x.x/72.24.1.110.txt is not in the database.

manually type:

ip dhcp database scp://username:password@x.x.x.x/$172.24.1.110.txt write-delay 900 timeout 450

and when you come to the $ sign, type Ctrl+V, then enter the $ sign...

save the running configuration to a TFTP server, exit the text file, then copy it back to the running config...
