Can't Complete the Networking Essentials Course

On the course Networking Essentials for Cisco's Networking Academy, I have finished all the course content, including any videos, quizzes and labs. I have also completed the final exam and the final survey. However, the course remains as in-progress. I completed the course using Chrome.
I have tried:
- Clearing all cookies and logging out
- Accepting all third party cookies for the website
- Changing browsers to Firefox and Microsoft Edge
I would also like to note that I am unable to redo the final exam and can only view my final mark. Attached are pictures showing my progress.

I have the same issue . I`m thinking on reporting their courses to classcentral to take them off . They lied about giving certificates on completion , but all I see are some stupid boy scout badges and alot of bugs .
