Can't monitor Nexus 5k after upgrading IOS

hello everyone,

I have an issue with lost monitor agent of Nexus 5596 after upgarding ths IOS.

I tried to check if there is any change with MIB but I didn't find anything.

The monitor system is PRTG.

  What is the issue ? Check your snmp settings and or credentials, on the switch, look if they are still the same or have been 'defaulted' by accident. What snmp oid is being monitored, try a manual snmpget of the oid and check the output.
