Can't Start Deamon LMS3.2

Hello All;

I have pb with deamon lms3.2

when i try to start the service with net start the following message appear:

CiscoWorks Deamon Manager could not be started

the service did not report an error.

Ciscoworks run on windows server 2008 Standard SP1 and the the virtual memory to double the size of your physical RAM

Hi ,

Is the Server in Domain ?

Run the below command  :

NMSROOT\CSCOpx\setup\support>resetCasuser.exe

--Now try to start the Daemon Manager..

--if this does not work , attached the syslog.log and screen shot of the Error (if any)..

Thank you for your prompt answser.

The problem was in the antivirus installed on the Server.

I uninstalled it and the service Deamon manager functioned
