Can't view Mac address-table on switches in Cisco Network Assistent

Hi,

In our company we have a network with 6 normal switches with software version: "------ --UNIVERSALK9" and one Coreswitch with software version: "12.2(55)SE10-IP-BASE-CRYPTO"

When I try to view the mac-address table from the core-swtich in CNA I see all of the connected mac-addresses. But when I try to see the mac-address table of any other switch I get this error below. Our login credentials are level 15 and I tried to reinstall them on level 15 but this didn't worked out.

Has anyone a solution?

 - Probably the designated switch version is incompatible with the current CNA version ; don't put too much hopes on CNA however, it has many bugs and support from CISCO is dwindling.

Madam, it all depends , in Riemann geometries the earth can be perfectly flat! The nun thanked him , he tripped and fell forward : the poor animal had forgotten that he might be living in a Riemann geometry too!
