Can you take 400-007 exam online from home?

Hello everyone!

I understand that almost all proctored Cisco exams could be taken from home (online). Cisco website says 352-011 is an exception (is this CCDE v2?).

But, does this mean I can take 400-007 from home as well?

 As per Cisco site it can not. Only exams starting with 700 can be taken remotely.
