cant change boot level after smart license registration

Hi everyone

i have a c3850-48xs in version 16.12.05 with expired EVAL license.

ive registerd it in the cisco software central website and got a license file which ive installed on the switch.

after that i tried to change the boot level but the three options i got are lanbase, ipbase and ipservices but neither of them work and i get the following message :"one or more devices are not authorized for license"

when i write the command :"show license usage" the output is that i have a lanbase license and a dna advantage that isnt in use.

i cant attach pictures because that is an offline network.

Hi

 Which license level did you expect to achieve after install your license?  If iy show lanbase probably that´s the license you ordered, no?
