Cant not connect to Ani Server

Hi

Could you help to resolve the following issue about LMS version 3.2 so when i launch the topology service a mesage error appearied

Cant not connect to ani server

Post the screenshot and also if in windows server check if you can launch topology there. Make sure the DNS is working fine and if not, try to enter server's IP-hostname in hosts file.

Is the LMS server a multihomed server with two nics and dual IP?

I almost always find this is related to the Cisco Works Database service being stopped or having crashed in a case where it worked prior but is not working and no other changes have been made.
