Hopefully a simple solution here. I am trying to monitor the line status of a couple of interfaces on an ASR-1002HX (asr1000-universalk9.16.06.02.SPA.bin) Problem is, Castlerock (Version 9.0.2) can not seem to pull interface information from the device. When you try to display interface index/stats nothing comes up. It works with other model routers automatically. Below are the only SNMP configs on it. My understanding is the server-host "IP" command is only for sending notifications to, so isn't needed to pull interface stats, although I did try adding that as well with no luck. I'm having a go of it trying to figure out why CR won't pull interface info on this device. Do I have to download and add some sort of additional MIB? Any help is appreciated.
