Catalyst 2960X-48 is not displayed in CiscoView

Hi all,

the customer uses LMS 4.2.4. He has the latest package for Cisco View (Cat2960.cv50.v18-0.zip) installed.  When he try to display Cat2960X with 48 ports the Cisco View shows nothing. Cisco View shows the Catalyst 2960X-24 without any problems. It seems that Cisco View doesn't support Cat2960-48 in the latest package. Is some solution for this problem?

Hi, I installed the latest packages also and i´m using  WS-C2960X-48LPD-L  15.0(2)EX4.

It seem Cisco Prime LMS doesnt support it, I can´t see nothing in CiscoView.

It´s a huge problem.
