When you intially install ciscoworks a password is set for a causer for communication with the ANI DB. I can't recall the location and I need to know the path to locate this file. I think someone changed it possibly

To reset the ANI database password:
/etc/init.d/dmgtd stop
cd /opt/CSCOpx/bin
./dbpasswd.pl dsn=ani npwd=password
/etc/init.d/dmgtd start
