Changing Default Service Level View Diagram in Operations Manager

Hi,

We are running Cisco Unified Operations Manager 2.3. I just want to know that how can we change the default service level view diagram. We are using it as NMS for our IPCC environment. We have CUCM, Voice GWs, CVPs and ICM components that need to be monitored. Anyone who has used CUOM and customized it, please help.

I don't think you can change much there.

You see the map display pane if you have mutiple clusters managed, or the just the cluster if you have only one cluster.

I'm not 100% sure, but if you have multiple clusters you can do a rightclick on the cluster in the left pane and make it the default view to make it show that cluster by default.
