cisco 350 series switch (ping and ssh and telnet problemf)

i have cisco 350 series switch and this is running configured with multiple vlan .but i cannot log in switch on web and not accessed by telnet and ssh.when i ping switch ip .but switch not reply while ip is configure properly 

anyone can help

@Golu hi, check if you have correct management profiles and IP addresses configured. also make sure your PC/laptop have connectivity to the configured management IP of the switch. below guide can use to find the configurations guides.
