Hello,
I'm trying to use SNMP and search for an OID that will give me the PSU usage in Watts or Amps for a Cisco 3945, but I'm struggling.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
I've done a mib walk and 1000s of lines have returned, but I can't see much for the PSU.
Thanks

The router PSU only has two mode: Off and On.
Whatever is the power rating of the PS, that's the power draw.

I was hoping to pull the current watts or amperage of it in real time that's all, I do for our switches, but can't for this it seems.

Try use eem to monitor power supply and send snmp trap.

"Does anyone know if this is possible?"
Depends on (or course) is data actually available, at all, for the platform, and whether vendor (Cisco) places that data into the device's MIB.
Rather than doing MIB walks, have you examined Cisco's MIB for the 3945? If you cannot find it there, unlikely it's available at all.
If the data you want is available via a command line, then, if not in the MIB, you could request Cisco to include it.
On the subject of command line, an alternative, if the data is there, would be to remotely pull that data that way.
