Cisco 9606: insert and remove an active supervisor failed

Hi all

I should install a new Catalyst 9606 quad-supervisor in stackwise virtual configuration
The customer ask to me if is it possible to remove a supervisor active failed and insert a new one without power down the chassis or, anyway, doesn't interrupt the service.
I've confirmed that this is possible and should be no outage of the network.
About this, is there a document in the Cisco literature that confirm what I said to the customer?
