Cisco 9606R Undocumented Command

I recently deployed a Cisco 9606R, and found the following in the default running-config:

ip vrf forwarding

ip vrf forwarense-mode

I've been using ip vrf forwarding on other iterations of Cisco hardware for some time, but the forwarense-mode is a new one on me. Neither a Google search nor a search of 9606R documentation show what this command does. Anyone?

 - Issue the command ip vrf ? - possibly the mentioned option is displayed and or a short accompanying explanatory message is also shown.

Typing ip vrf ? on the 9606 only shows:

    ip vrf forwarding

    ip vrf forwarense-mode

There's no description.
