 Cisco AIR-LAP1142N-N-K9 Joining issue with WLC-5508

Hi Experts, 

We have an issue with our AIR-LAP1142N-N-K9 AP is unable to join WLC-5508. As per the logs i am able to see AP is not able to establish connection with WLC, but WLC is Up and running. we have other AP at same location but we are facing an issue with 2 AP`s both getting are not getting any response from WLC. 

AP is able to discovery WLC, but unable to establish connection to join WLC

Below are logs:

 LAP1140 APs support up to 8.3.133.0. Which version does your WLC have?

Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. WLC: sh time;
3. AP: sh version; and
4. AP: sh ip interface brief
