Cisco ASA 5505 Arp issue

we have cisco ASA 5505 configure as dhcp server but the issue is one MAC  address take more then one IP address  show in arp table , and this make consuming and conflict  dhcp pool

I have same problem with my ASA i see the ARP table full with mac addresses but same list of mac with different ip and this make huge conflict in our network even if i set static ip the issue still there...
