Cisco C24 Camera connecting to a laptop

I'm not technologically savvy; however, my manager has asked me to look into on how to connect our Cisco C24 Codec and camera to a laptop. We need this feature to support Skype. At the minute i have no idea on how to by pass the laptop camera with the cisco unit and how to network this?

 - Exactly your laptop is not a networking supporting device. Seems the requirement is a little bit 'far stretched' to say the least or simply stated. Use your latops camera for Skype.
