Cisco Configuration Professional 2.8 Stuck " Loading User Interface"

Guys,

I would be very thankful to you guys, if some one can help here.

I have installed CCP 2.8 and windows 7 and IE 11, down graded and upgraded Java to different version.

Initially it was giving java version error and now its stuck on "Loading User Interface" ?

Please help.

Regrettably this seems to be a thing now. I am no longer able to run CCP 2.8 with JRE 1.8.0_111-b14.

It looks like the security settings for Java have been set to high and very high and won't even accept putting the path into the exception area to get it to run.

I'm trying many different things, and none of them have been successful so far.

I ended up registering on the Java archive area and finding and rolling back to a Java version that would work with CCP. I'll have to get that version number and post it here a bit later. Not in front of my equipment right now. 

That was the only way I got it to work again. Not the best solution due to vulnerabilities but I'm also using it in a closed environment too.
