Using Cisco Config Pro, I am able to manage our switch.
The problem I am having is when I try to start the collector database. I am running Win7 64bit. Two separate Dos windows pop up with the following text. I am running Java 7 Update 67. Once the two DOS windows pop up, it just goes back to asking to start the collector service and that the Database server used by collector service is stopped. Reinstalling it doesn't help.
Help!
Thanks
Scott

This one was a cracker :-) until i looked at the error very closely, all its saying is that it could not find the needed .jar file where its supposed to be. A search for the file actually does show that its not there....
you will find the actual path in that same command prompt. Copy and paste in the CPP GUI where it says "Installation path" note that this is actually the installation path of CPP. Then click on re-install.
Everything should work fine.
