Cisco Configuration Professional - Traffic Monitoring

Can't get this to work.  We have followed the videos from Cisco to the letter.  CCP runs, but when we attempt to use Traffic Monitoring, it is as if nothing is getting logged.

In the command prompt windows that are opened after starting the interface collector I see an error that says:

INFO: I/O exception (java.net.ConnectException) caught when processing request:

Connection timed out: connect

Sep 27, 2012 4:02:13 PM org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodDirector execute

WithRetry

INFO: Retrying request

What does this mean and how do I resolve it?

Using CCP on Windows 7 64bit with IE 9 and Java 1.7.0_03 (I have run the app with runtime parameters

-Xmx256m -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false as well as without parameters if that makes a difference).

Here is exact steps:

Start CCP as local admin

Select device under community info section

Click discover

Wait for discover

Then click MONITOR Button

Select Traffic Monitor and expand

Select Monitor Controller

Install the Data Collector Service (if needed)

Start the interface collector

Command Prompt window opens and error is generated

choose int to monitor

enable netflow on interfaces and start the ccp netflow collector service

Command prompt windows open, no errors, but shows 0 packets collected

     i.e. there are lines like this:  NetFlow[Thread-11]: Pkts 0/0, 0.0 pkts/sec, 00-00:00:59
