Cisco crashes

Good Day Colleagues,

Would you like guidance on how to debug cisco router in order to detect process crashes. From already thank you.

Are you doing this on a production router or a lab router?

If production router, check the flash directory for any signs of "crashinfo" files or subdirectory.  If you do  find them, look at the date and post the latest three files.

If you want to mimik a crash in a lab router, use the hidden command "test crash".

The router is in production,

there is no file on the flash crash for verification. Is there another way to verify that a specific process is locked. since it processes the line cisco 1800 running in non-secure mode.?
