Cisco® Ethernet Converged NIC X710-T4 NVM update

Hi,

I've bought a Intel X710-T4 card several years ago (guess 2017), never knowing that it was an subbranded card (didn't show up on the host). This weekend I changed my VM host from vmware workstation to vmware hypervisor and run into that problem: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/60439

So I wanted to update the NVM to version 8.7. Atm it's version 5.05 from 2017. However Intel does not support firmware updates for subbranded products.

Where can I find the firmware update for the subbranded Cisco card?

What are you looking for exactly ? Intel drivers ? What device is this card installed in ? What is the part number for the subbranded card ?

No because I don't have a Dell, nor a "Intel" card. The subbrand is Cisco and the updater don't accept other brands. I'm looking for the equivalent of the Intel NVM update for that Cisco card, so I can update NVM version 5.05 to version 8.7 and hopefully get the cards working with vmxnet3 virtualization. Don't know why it's an Cisco brand card, I've bought it retail and it's working on a Advantech ASMB-805. Part number? I don't know. Any way to get it from the host os? I can't shut down the server, remove the card, just to look for the part number :(.

I found this update iso(s). Also ucs-c220m5-huu-4.2.2a (newer) and has the X710-T4, burned the image on a usb drive but this linux doesn't boot because it's not an Cisco server.
