Hi all, I have to update the config on my Cisco ISE nodes to point their SNMP trap messages to PRTG. Is it possible to send a test SNMP trap to PRTG to confirm that it's working instead of actually triggering an event?

@GlenGTR ,
the Context Visibility > Network Devices > contains a list of NADs that have the # of Endpoints equal to or greater than 1:
each of these Endpoints appears in Context Visibility > Endpoints, in other words, if you delete all Endpoints from an specific NAD in Context Visibility > Endpoints, then your NAD will be removed from the Context Visibility > Network Devices.
Knowing this ... you said: " ... No Data Found ... ", probably your Context Visibility > Endpoints is empty.
In this case, at Administration > Network Resources > Network Devices > select the NAD > SNMP Settings > try to change the Polling Interval to a shorter value (minimum 600 sec).
Hope this helps !!!

Hi @GlenGTR ,
please try the following ...
At Context Visibility > Network Devices > select the NAD > click Port Config Status > Run on Selected.
Note: at Administration > Network Resources > Network Devices > select the NAD > SNMP Settings > you can change the Polling Interval to a shorter value (minimum 600 sec).
Hope this helps !!!

Hi Marcelo and thanks for replying. I went into Context Visibility > Network Devices but I have no devices listed and it says "No data found".
But within Administration > Network Devices all my devices are listed.
