Hi, I have an install of CNA that has been working fine for all my switches (WS-C2960X-24PS-L). We recently purchased some WS-C2960-24PD-L and I am unable to add them to the community. The switch appears in CNA but when I add them to the community, I get the error "SWITCHNAME is no reachable. Unable to connect"
I can ping the switch and SSH to it remotely from the computer fine. Not sure if the switch is compatable? I'm running CNA v6.3 (tried the latest version also with no luck)
Any suggestions?

- Verify
switch # show log
on your switch; check if there are any connection attempts from CNA

I've cleared the log and when i try to add to community there is no log message being shown.
The output after cleared log is:

- Does CNA have a logfile too somewhere (check product documentation); examine and or followup on this logfile when the switch is added; watchout for any errors if any.

This is what im getting on the log file when connecting.

The username/password for telnet is the same on this switch as it is for all my others. The only difference is the VTY line output. Could this be the cause of authentication issues?
A working switch has
!
line con 0
line vty 5 15
exec-timeout 60 0
transport input ssh
!
The switch that isn't working has
!
line con 0
line vty 0 4
exec-timeout 60 0
transport input ssh
line vty 5 15
exec-timeout 60 0
transport input ssh

- Not knowledgeable enough to track this further; I would suggest to convert all switches to the working mode (for CNA)

Thanks for your assistance so far. Unfortunately I can't get it back to a "working" mode as these are new switches. I took a brand new one out the box and only done basic config with the same issue still :(

For Cisco IOS Release 15.2(4)E, CNA support is available on release version 5.8.9 and later.
