I have run into a couple of instances where after a config change, CNA tells me a device is not supported and cannot be added to the community. This on a device that previously was a community member. Any ideas?

Is there any change of : the ssl cert if you use https, hostname, domaine name or change of username / password for login ? Those usually are the reasons why you may observe this.
By any chance do you actually have the config before and after this happened on CNA ?
Please post a screenshot of the error message and I will have a look.

I tried using the original setup with no username, but still will not work. Do not use SSH.
If you send me your e-mail, I can share the configs and screenshot.
