Cisco Network Assistant, unable to add a switch to community

i am able to add a switch as individual device but i am not able to add it to community ?

the switch is WS-C3548-XL

Same issue here, same switch.  get this figured out?

i did not resolve it yet but i think the firmware in the switch was too old , try to update it
