cisco prime 1.3 issue

                   I have an issue with cisco prime 1.3 , after a reboot I do not see in design, monitoring configuration any templates or features anymore, where are they gone?

Hi ,

I think you move to classic view ..change the view to Lifecycle view .

I have attached the Image for the same.

If that is not the case then show us your scrren shot of what you are missing ?

Hi ,

If you have not applied this update on PI 1.3 . I would suggest to apply and check the issue then. there are few known issue on PI1.3 :

PI_1_3_0_20-Update.4-16.tar.gz
