Cisco Prime 3.0 licences

Hi,

we have purchased cisco prime 1.2 long ago but never able to install due to one or another reason.. 

now the management wants to install the cisco prime as soon as possible as a result of some network audit.

I have seen on cisco website that cisco prime 3.0 is available and free to upgrade from 1.2.

I am keen to download and install prime 3.0 but I am not sure how do I apply prime 1.2 licences on 3.0.

should I raise a tac case or is there any other way to apply those licencees?

Please help me out.

if its in a service contract,you should be able to reach cisco and ask for an upgrade licences. refer to Pg 5 here .
