Cisco Prime 3.1 Partial collection for 6500 switch

Hello,

We got Prime 3.1 with MR 3.1.7. around 200 devices added all success fully managed except 1 Cisco Catalyst 6500 virtual switch and Cisco Catalyst 6509  switch both gives "Partial Collection" status reason: Unable to collect the flash image related information from the device. 

Any support is appreciated

 - Following info from the compatibility matrix the IOS  version installed must be > 12.2 on the  6509 ; is this the case ?

our switch IOS version is 12.2

 - As it is 'just OK'; you may try with a more recent version of IOS on the 6509 if this feasible for you. On the 'long run' this must be seen as an incompatibility between the current Prime<->Switch versions (probably). In that context I would also advise to go to Prime 3.3 (latest version).
