Cisco Prime 3.2 Deploy Configuration Template "No data is available"

Hi,

I can not see devices when I try to deploy configuration template. I created a configuration template, click Deploy. The Deployment wizard page opened. "Select Device" part not show me any device. It says "No data is available"

How can I solve this ???

I try to implement CLI template for Cisco Catalyst 2960X switches.

I did some tests using a Prime 3.2 but for me devices show up normally. If you go to Configuration Tab, Network Devices and Switches and Hub, can you see this switch model there?if does, it has the Managed status on Admin Status?
