Cisco Prime 3.7 to 3.9 In-line upgrade questions | help

Hello people,

I'm currently planning to upgrade our Cisco Prime from a fresh 3.7 VM to 3.9.

Since our current 3.7 is a FRESH installation, according to Cisco documentation I can follow the in-line upgrade procedures.

Everything seems clear to me , but I can't understand when I need to apply the oracle DB patch and the PI 3.9 patch.

Do i need to install those 2 patches right after the upgrade? Or before the upgrade? Also do I only need the oracle patch, or I also need to install the PI 3.9 patch?
