Cisco Prime 3.8 Import WLAN Groups from a 9800 WLC

We just migrated from a PI 3.1 VM Solution to a pair of PI 3.8 solutions.  We have installed a few 9800 WLCs using the CLI.  We already have all of the Tags on the WLC, and I was looking for a way to import these to act as a template, that can be modified for new sites.
I have yet to find a method to do this, and was wondering if anyone found a way.

i'm not sure if I understand the question

did you try "discover templates from device" ? 

I do not have PI in my current environment but I recall it is in same screen where you do synchronize and audit
