CISCO PRIME 3.9.1 - NMS Server is stopped each morning

Hello,

We are using a PRIME 3.9.1 and each morning we found the Web server unavailable.

When we check the ncs status result we found the NMS Server is stopped.

In the same time when the PRIME web interface are unavailable if we check the ps -aux result we the same ps-aux command when the PRIME are OK,  we found that the /opt/CSCOlumos/bin/pi-java -XX:InitialCodeCacheSize=64m are unavailable.

This process come back if restart the process - ncs stop / ncs start.
But when we check the *.log files, we don't found any information.
Any idea about the problem ?

what machine is the web server running on ? Could be a memory problem.
