Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.3 stops working

I have strange behavior with our CPI at the customer site. With no apparent reason we have noticed that the web interface was not accessible. After the restart all proceses were in up and running state and we were able to log in again. My guestion is has anyone experianced this sort of behaviour and where we should start troubleshoot?

I have notices in the log file hm-1-0.log following error:

02/12/14 15:14:12.089 ERROR [system] [Thread-32] Attemtping to start NCS due to NCS server is not in running state; NCS server status = 1
02/12/14 15:14:24.111 INFO  [system] [Thread-32] All failed NCS services have been restarted
02/12/14 15:15:00.242 INFO  [database] [Thread-32] OracleSchemaUtil dbServerUp(): wcs errorCode = 1034
02/12/14 15:15:42.411 INFO  [database] [Thread-32] OracleSchemaUtil dbServerUp(): wcs errorCode = 1034
02/12/14 15:16:24.575 INFO  [database] [Thread-32] OracleSchemaUtil dbServerUp(): wcs errorCode = 1034

And in the alert_wcs.log I can see a lot of this messages:

Process m000 died, see its trace file
Tue Feb 11 13:46:06 2014
Process W001 died, see its trace file
Tue Feb 11 13:46:27 2014
Process m000 died, see its trace file
Tue Feb 11 13:53:01 2014
Process W005 died, see its trace file
Tue Feb 11 13:54:26 2014
Process W003 died, see its trace file

Any help is very appreciated.

Regards,
Jelena
