Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 Error

We have just loaded a new OVA for Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 and are receiving an error on every pre-built and custom template of:

Template Deployment- Prepare and schedule : Configure SNMP

There was an error while parsing and rendering the content. (updateLeftTreeOnce is not defined)

Does anyone know how to fix?

I found local root user dosn't get this error, only tacacs with root rights get the error.
