Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.4 not taking back in the FTP server.
The backup is in running state for the last 2 months.All suggestions will be appreciated.

Can you explain what is the error you getting. You need to configure Manually from command level and later you do on GUI
can you tell us what document you followed ?
