Hi can someone please give me an indication if Cisco Prime Infrastructure supports multitenancy? and if so how this is achieved?
I would like to monitor/managed multiple customers who may have overlapping private IP subnets
Thanks

No, sorry it does not support your use case. Devices are managed by their IP addresses which must be unique.

Hi thanks for replying, so is there no support for a VNOC type setup with distributed monitoring? Will virtual domains help?
Thanks

Hi,
With CPI v2.0 there is a multi-customer license:
"L-PI2X-MSP-1 Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.x Multicustomer 1 Customer RTU"
What is this license intended for?
Is it safe to assume that CPI v2.0 also does not support multi tenancy?
Then there is CPI v2.0 for Service Providers.
"R-PI2X-SP-K9 Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.x Service Provider"
Is this version multi tenant capable?
What is the difference between the two?
Thanks.
