From what I can see Cisco Prime Infrastructure is 2 products: Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution (LMS) and Cisco Prime Network Control System (NCS)

Under the 1 Product code of: R-PI-1.1-K9

Can anyone confirm this?

Yes that is the base part number for new orders. You need to add licenses according to the number of managed devices.
