Within the Interface Utilization Report in Cisco Prime 4.2.3, it produces a graph with the utilisation in percentages.
What I need confirming is what the percentage is based on... is it based on the maximum bandwidth for the interface, for the link bandwidth that's been configured, or something else such as a running protocol? Also to GRE tunnels affect the output.
