I am using Prime Central 1.2, Prime Network 4.0, Prime Provisioning and Prime Performance.
I have created user in Prime Central with admin rights but Prime Network cross-launch is not appearing when new created user logs in.
I did not get option to associate the other Prime components to user created during the process of creating users, as available in previous versions of Prime IP NGN suite.
New user created created in Prime Central is not appearing in Prime Network when I log in to Prime Network as admin. Radio button to create user is not accessible but am logged in as admin.
What is the correct procedure to get cross-launch of Prime Network with the above sated versions of Cisco Prime for IP NGN ?
